About Longing

Mission
19% of couples experience infertility and 25% of pregnancies end in loss. Despite the many people impacted by these life-changing experiences, many feel unseen and forgotten. Longing Events exist to provide women with a safe place to find community with others in similar circumstances, make their voices heard, and build faith with like-minded believers.
At a Longing Event women will:
  • Create a framed pressed flower decoration with Bible verse reminders
  • Receive gifts to support you in this season
  • Find encouragement listening to speakers
  • ​Receive an uplifting letter from a woman who has been praying for them by name
  • ​Connect in small groups with women who have similar experiences to their own
  • ​Share food and beverages together
